While collaborating with leading European firms, its members share the interest for selected themes of major relevance, spanning from disciplinary topics to unrelated matters. If architecture design combines them in the form of a conclusive reasoning, theoretical research and debate set them up for re-questioning.

	Believing that new only originates as a reaction to the existing, false mirror office re-discovers the past as the present, re-signifies high as mass culture, re-values forms and functions.
As a matter of fact, false mirror office mis-represents Architecture.False Mirror Office is Andrea Anselmo, Gloria Castellini, Filippo Fanciotti, Giovanni Glorialanza and Boris Hamzeian.

	Burrasca&#38;nbsp;is a little magazine about architecture theory.
Every issue as an unique theme, layout and poster.Besides conventional articles, we encourage the submission of any kind of inventive material: photo-essays, illustrations or project drawings. Contributions are collected via a call for 
 
	submissions. 
Burrasca’s intent is to bring out the latent relationships between contributions. What we publish is the result of one year research on the theme widen trough the contribution of selected experts. We attach great importance to illustration, which we believe is a powerful means of communication.

Andrea Anselmo is an architect, design studio assistant, and researcher in History of Architecture in the super-position lab of &#38;nbsp;UCLouvain (Brussels), co-founder of False Mirror Office and the magazine&#38;nbsp;Burrasca. His interest in the neo-avant-garde of the sixties and seventies&#38;nbsp;has led him to collaborate with practices that&#38;nbsp;have taken up its&#38;nbsp;legacy, such as  OMA (2013) and&#38;nbsp;MVRDV (2015-2019). He is now writing a PhD thesis titled&#38;nbsp;Villa Dall'Ava by Rem Koolhaas/OMA: a surrealist incubator for a new modernism that investigates a contemporary project with the method of historical research. In 2022, together with Beatrice Lampariello and Boris Hamzeian, he edited the book Unidentified Flying Object for Contemporary Architecture: UFO’s Experiments between Political Activism and the Artistic Avant-garde (Actar, 2022) and curated the exhibition UFO: performer l’architecture at the FRAC Centre-Val de Loire (Orléans).

 
